Roller rocker arm for gas engines

New Roller Arm: replaces the OEM Rocker Arm on all Clark BA and HBA engines with absolutely no modification. The durable aluminum casting is stronger than the conventional cast-iron rocker arm. Aluminum roller rocker arms are also available for Clark HRA/RA (new style) as well as Cooper-Bessemer GMV Engines.

The unique roller design eliminates valve stem flexing, extends fuel valve stem life , minimizes alignment problems, and significantly reduces rocker arm maintenance. Roller arms come complete with needle bearings, and hardened steel pin. Repair parts can be purchased in a kit.

Fuel valve cartridge system

Many companies are now utilizing analyzer programs to evaluate the performance of engines. The fuel injection valve is a highly technical component requiring a complete seal. Perfect alignment must be achieved in order to accomplish this...that's why the Wesco cartridge is so useful. It utilizes two bushings, one each on the top and bottom, installed at the factory to ensure perfect alignment and provide maximum life from the valve. The Wesco Fuel Valve Cartridge System has greatly improved engine performance and reduced operating costs for the natural gas engines of today.

Hydraulic lifter

The WESCO hydraulic valve adjuster (lifter) is a completely self-contained unit designed for easy installation with minimum maintenance and absolutely NO lubrication.

The unit is available with WESCO's complete push-rod assembly, which replaces the existing push-rod with no alterations to the engine. WESCO's hydraulic lifter body is constructed from aircraft grade aluminum, with a fluoroelastomers bellows system to seal the internal unit. The internal unit consists of an aircraft-grade steel driver, chrome-vanadium spring and AP220 hydraulic oil specifically formulated for this application.

These components are manufactured, assembled and tested with strictly controlled procedures under constant inspection at specified intervals throughout the production process. The end result is a durable, dependable hydraulic lifter that provides quick, positive response under your engine's rocker arm. This process is necessary to maintain the correct tappet clearance needed for extended valve and seat life with maximum efficiency.
